If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Purpose of the Service

Flood the Market is a personal job application tracking tool designed to help you organize your job search, track applications, and reduce cognitive load. We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, or employment outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account.

We do not claim ownership of your job search data.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service may require payment, either as a one-time purchase or a subscription.

  • Prices and billing terms will be disclosed before purchase

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

  • You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account

All payments are handled by third-party app store providers. We do not store payment information.

8. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app or other reasonable means.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Upon account deletion, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee:

  • Job offers, interviews, or employment outcomes

  • That the Service will meet all your expectations

  • That all data will be error-free

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flood the Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
